We are so completely in love with this sweet baby boy of ours!

I was so happy and so excited to have the opportunity to take this cute little guy's three month old pictures. I took his big brother's 2 year old pictures back in April. He was such a fun and happy baby and I just love his eyes!

I had such a wonderful time capturing this cutie! Sawyer was such a good baby and the smiles and laughter just made it such a fun shoot! Plus, being around this adorable baby makes me even more excited for this little one of ours to arrive! Anytime now!!

another year older

I celebrated my birthday last friday. It was a very low key and very wonderful birthday! Here's to 31 being a wonderful year! 

And we are looking forward to celebrating another new birthday soon!! Getting excited for this little one's arrival!!

36 weeks

it's been awhile since i have posted a bump pic! with being put on bedrest for 3 weeks and the husband being out of town, things just got a little bit crazy around here. but here we are, four weeks away from our due date! of course this little one could make its debut anytime now, which would be fine since we have been packed and ready for the last two weeks, but we will be excited whenever he or she decides to come!

i am seriously getting excited to meet this little person! i cannot tell you how much i already love this little one and i just know when i finally do get to meet him/her i am just going to melt! it's getting close guys!!

first day

When did my little boys start getting so big?
The first day of school was a big success with both boys! They had a blast! It's bittersweet to see them grow up so fast!

only three more days and I am off bedrest!! woo hoo! we are getting excited around here but I am so enjoying the company of these three little faces!

wordless(ish) wednesday

first off, i just have to tell all of you who wished well wishes thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart. you guys are just the sweetest! so far bedrest is going okay and baby hasn't tried to make its debut yet! let's hope it stays that way just a little while longer! ;)

but i am not going to lie, i am going a little stir crazy with not being able to do anything or clean anything, but thankfully the Olympics are helping me with this. i just love the Olympics!

I did, however, want to share just a few fun pictures from when the kids and i went to visit my brother for a quick weekend, right before i got put on bedrest.

a little quiet around here

sorry it's been so quiet on this blog. we have been busy with last minute travels and fun before this new little one arrives. and apparently it seems like it might be sooner than we think! 

just last week i was lucky enough to get mastitis without even having a newborn to nurse! very rare, yes, and also very painful! then this week i have been experiencing horrible back pressure and cramps and when i went in to see my midwife she decide to do a fetal fibronectin test to see if i was more likely to go into early labor. she also checked my cervix and told me i was dilated a little over a one and about 60% effaced. my test also came back positive which means bedrest and steroids shots to help the baby's lungs develop and hopefully slow down my contractions some. as excited as i am to meet this little one, i am hoping he or she stays put just a little while longer and gets bigger and stronger.

so it might be just a little quiet around here while i lounge around and continue to bake this little one! hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
