giving thanks

This Thanksgiving I was grateful for my beautiful children I have been blessed with; My amazing husband who has supported and lifted and guided me through some pretty crazy times; my wonderful friends who I just absolutely adore and I am thankful to be blessed to be a part of such a great and wonderful family.

It was a blessed Thanksgiving for sure.

vacation

Monday morning the husband and I will be on a plane to the warm city of Orlando for a much needed vacation. This will be the longest I have been away from the kiddos, and I am definitely struggling with it, but oh is it SO needed.

I can't wait for the relaxation!

jack :: kansas city, mo.

A couple weeks ago I had the privilege to meet up with this super cute family and take some one year old pictures of their adorable son Jack.

He seriously was the cutest little boy and we had so much fun together.

When I first met up with the family, the grandparents wanted to get some pictures of Jack with all of the construction equipment since he just loves watching them work.

Needless to say, Jack just loved this. He was happy and playful the entire shoot.


I loved this one of him and his mom. He is just so stinking happy!!

I had such a blast with this cute family. They were so fun and made some pretty amazing captures. This little boy was such a fun and wonderful kid to capture and I am so blessed and lucky that I had such an amazing family to work with.

We are loving the fall weather right now. It's been perfect for after dinner walks and trips to the neighborhood park.

This kid is the happiest when he is swinging!

we finally have internet!! Just took us a month (a very long month) but we have it and I can blog again!!

And can I just say, I have missed reading your blogs and seeing all of your pictures so so much!!

We finally moved into our new home and today I thought i would share some pictures from the last few weeks!

We have been enjoying the beautiful fall weather here in Kansas City!




And baby girl turned one yesterday on Halloween!! Boy does time really fly!!
